Ausgangspunkt ist die Kaulbachschule in Bad Arolsen. Von dort geht es durch Helsen über eine wenig befahrene Landstraße in Richtung Neudorf. Es kommt gleich ein strammer Anstieg zum höchsten Punkt dieser Tour. Durch einen Forst ( linke Seite Ruheforst ) geht es an der Kroneiche vorbei und in einer rasanten Abfahrt zum Gut Eilhausen. Von dort fährt man durch das Rote Land bis zum Ortseingang nach Wrexen. Danach geht es durch Wiesen und Feldern bis zur nächsten Landstraße. Wir kommen nach einer Höhe in das benachbarte Westfalen und fahren zur Diemel. Danach an der Twiste vorbei und über Volkmarsen bis zum Twistesee. Von dort geht es zum Ausgangspunkt zurück.
