Die Tour geht vom HBf. Moers kurz durch die City zum Moersbach. Quer durch Utfort kommt man dann zur Halde Rheinpreußen. Dort gibt es auch ein paar Downhill Varianten. Dann geht es in den Baerlerbusch mit dem Waldsee und dem Lohheidesee. Wieder über die Halde geht es Richtung Rhein um den Uettelsheimer See zurück zum Bahnhof.
