Feine Rennradrunde über etwas mehr als 50 km, Ab Tönisvorst über Grefrath zu den Krickenbecker Seen (landschaftlich schön!). Zurück geht es um Kempen und St. Hubert herum zurück nach Tönisvorst. Die gesamte Strecke auf gutem Asphalt, fast nur Nebenstrecken und Wirtschaftswege, also kein Autoverkehr. Auch gut geeignet für Trekkingrad, sogar mit Kindern.
