Die Wanderung beginnt am Brückenpark unterhalb der Müngstener Brücke und führt entlang der Wupper bis nach Solingen Burg. Anschließend geht es auf der anderen Talseite zum Ausgangspunkt zurück.
Lohnend ist eine Besuch des Brückenparks, von Schloß Burg sowie Solingen Burg selbst, mit seinen Fachwerkhäusern im bergischen Stil.
