Die Wanderung beginnt bei den Pawiglhöfen an der Mittelstation der Seilbahn zum Vigljoch. Von dort geht es weiter Richtung Bergstation bis zum Abzweig des Panoramaweges 7 zur Schwarzen Lacke mit dem Seehof. Nun führt der Weg weiter bis zur Kirche St. Vigl in der Nähe der Bergstation. Der Blick fällt Richtung Naturnser Hochwarth in dessen Richtung wir weiterwandern. An der Baumgrenze kann die Rauhe Bichl "bestiegen" werden. Wir wenden uns zurück in wandern Richtung Bärenbadalm und von dort zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
