Der Rundweg führt einmal (im Uhrzeigersinn) um den Geiseltalsee herum (inklusive Halbinsel), vorbei an den Aussichtstürmen in Braunsbedra (Neumark), Stöbnitz und auf der Klobikauer Kippe. Die Strecke von der Flutungsstelle in Frankleben bis zur Marina in Mücheln ist geteert und eignet sich auch für Inlineskater.
