Ausgangspunkt ist Playa del Ingles Hotel Ifa Catarina von dort aus die Küstenstraße bis kurz vor der Stadt Arguin eguin jetzt gehts flach ins Landesinnere - nach ca 11 km kommt ein langer Aufstieg bis zum Stausee Soria von dort aus muss umgekehrt werden ca 3 km und dann gehts steil Bergauf bis zur Verbindungsstraße welche nach Ayacata führt (der höchste Punkt 1270hm) Jetzt ist fast geschaft - es geht hinunter nach San Bartolome und Fataga 5 km nach Fataga kommt eine längere Steigung und danach gehts abwärts zum Hotel ifa catarina, Schöne Runde!
