Tour from Marina di Campo to Poggio, Mt. Perone (optional), Madonna del Monte, Semafaro, Chiessi, Pomonte, Fetovia, Seccetto, Cavoli back to the start.
From Mt. Perone to Madonna del Monte and before the Madonna are 2 hike zones (10min), also before the Semafaro church. The tour is difficult and has some has extreme long trails and downhills (i like it, one of the best i ever drove!!!).
Another trail alternative is short before Madonna del Monte take the sentiero at 555m height to the right way to Zanca, St. Andrea, Marciana Marina, Poggio. You find this tour in the Internet, if you search for.
My conclusion after 8Elba tour days: Elba is great for advanced montain biking -> trails and downhills everywhere!!! A lot of the trails exist because of trail motorbikers.

The view is amazing.
If there wasn t the view parts you have to push the bike i would do it tomorrow again.
I startet in Poggio and did the Return Route in the north (orano, zanca) insteed of the Southern Route here.
