Die Tour durchquert unter andere folgende Orte in der Uckermark: Röpersdorf - Prenzlau - Schenkenberg - Tornow - Klockow - Brüssow - Trampe - Eickstedt - Wollin - Gramzow - Blankenburg - Seehausen - Potzlow und Zollchow.
Die Radfernwege Berlin-Usedom und der Gutsherrenradweg sind das Rückrat der Tour.
Wegbeschaffenheit überwiegen asphaltierte ruhige Strasse aber auch gut befahrbare Feldwege.
