die Fahrt durchs Ramingtal mit seinem sanften Ansteig hinauf nach Maria Neustift ist wie immer traumhaft.
Danach eine kurze Abfahrt und links Richtung Kreuzgruber Höhe, der Anstieg fordert lediglich auf den letzten Kilometern etwas die Kondition, je nach Trainingszustand versteht sich.
Bei der Abfahrt Richtung Gaflenz/Weyer wird einem dann rasch klar das der Ansteig von dieser Seite doch etwas heftiger gewesen wäre.
Zum Streckenabschnitt Abzw. Weyer - Altenmarkt und retour gibt es nichts wichtiges zu sagen, ebenso für die danach folgende Strecke bis Losenstein.
In Losenstein folgt dann der Wechsel auf die linke Seite der Enns um dem stärker werdenden Verkehr auf der Bundesstraße zu entfliehen und kurz vor Lahrndorf folgt dann noch ein Wechsel ins Steyrtal über eine kurze aber kräftige Steigung.
