Los gehts es in Ingelheim.
In Gau-Algesheim den Berg hoch nach Appenheim und immer geradeaus über Ober-Hilbersheim bis nach Wolfsheim.
Von dort weiter nach Sprendlingen und von der anderen Seite wieder auf den Hügel Richtung Ober-Hilbersheim.
Dann quer rüber bis nach Stadecken-Elsheim und von dort über den Selztalradweg zurück nach Ingelheim.
