Die Tour beginnt in Linden an der Wiedquelle und endet in Neuwied. Auf ca. 90km trifft man vom Single Trail über Wanderwege und ehemalige Bahntrassen bis hin zur Asphaltstrasse alle Arten von Wegen. Auch kurze, knackige Anstiege sind dabei (max 17%).
