Naja, zuerst am Fuldastrand entlang und dann eine Waldautobahn in das schöne Ringbachtal hinein. Zum Schluss des Anstieges eine steile Rampe zum Dammskopf hinauf.
Danach geht es ziemlich chillig auf der Höhe entlang, bevor die Trails über die Höhe beginnen. Wahlweise kann man auch die parallel veraufenden Waldautobahnen wählen.
Zum Schluss über das Wildköpfchen und eine technisch anspruchsvolle Abfahrt in das Fuldatal hinein, und im Tal zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
