Los gehts am Bootshäuschen am Stausee Bitburg.
Nach einem knackigen kurzen Aufstieg, vorbei am Hotel folgt gleich links ab der erste Singletrail Richtung Echtershausen. Dann über Schotter- und Waldwege nach Oberweiler und weiter. Zweimal kurz die wenig befahrende Straße queren und weiter durch den Wald, vorbei am einsamen Staudenhof zum nächsten kurzen Trail. Über die Fußgängerbrücke und auf der anderen Seite der Prüm hügelig zurück nach Echtershausen. Kurzer Anstieg über Teer und oberhalb der Ferienhaussiedlung wieder in den Wald. Zum Abschluss überrascht noch ein Singletrail in Serpentinen zurück zum Parkplatz.
