von Regensburg/Steinwegg startend geht die Tour auf der normalen Strasse nach Keilberg (Fernsehmast).
Vom Mast fährt man Richtung Bernhardswald und danach das Schmankerl der Tour, über das Elbbachtal zur Hammermühle. Sehr gute Einkehrmöglichkeit, bevor es über Donaustauf zurück nach Regensburg geht.
