Start ist bei der Klinik Bad Trissl.
Relativ Gemütlich auf Teerstraße bis Buchau (3,5km) dann auf Forststraße mit nur wenigen steilen Stellen bis Tatzelwurm (am Ende kurz bergab). 500m auf der Straße und dann Rechts bei einem kleinen Parkplatz auf Forststraße Richtung Hohe Asten. Ungefähr 300 Höhenmeter bergauf und dann 200 runter zum Bichlersee (Schöner Platz für ein mitgenommenes Mittagessen) oder eine Viertelstunde weiterradeln bis zum Gasthof Bichlersee. Teerstraße (derzeit eine einzige Baustelle) bis zum Ausgangspunkt zurück.
