Die Tour beginnt in der Wiesenau, an der Brücke.
Der Trail kann beliebig oft im Kreis gefahren werden. Zur Abwechselung gibts auch einige Sprünge (ein paar Jungs/Mädels haben da was gebaut). An der Stelle, an der man in den Wald fährt, kommt man auch wieder raus, sodass man sich überlegen kann, ob man die Runde nocheinmal fährt. Die Tour ist ideal, um sich nach der Arbeit nocheimal den Kopf frei zu bekommen.
Zum Teil muss man auch mit Brennesselatacken rechnen.
