Kleine Laufrunde vom Campingplatz Upton Manor Farm Camping aus. Sie führt erst in Richtung St. Marys Bay, verläuft dann entlang der Steilküste auf dem South West Coast Path in Richtung Westen.
Die Strecke führt über das Southdown Cliff und die idyllische Bucht Man Sands. Der Weg vom Cliff zur Bucht ist sehr steil und könnte bei Nässe sehr rutschig sein.
Von Man Sands aus auf Feldwegen zurück zum Camping.
Die Strecke ist auch mit dem MTB befahrbar.
