Von Althenar auf der B257 recht laut nach Adenau. Tipp: schon früh auf den Radwanderweg ausweichen, damit die nervenden Freizeit-Schumis eine nicht zu sehr nerven.
Hinter Adenau hoch nach Hochacht mit konstant zunehmender Steigung. Belohung erfolgt dann in einer konstanten Abfahrt via Kesseling nach Althenar.
