Start ist in Schwerte Wandhofen. Von hier folgt Ihr dem Ruhrtalweg Richtung Osten, Flussaufwärts bis Langschede Kreisverkehr. Dort verlasst Ihr den Ruhrtalweg Richtung Hennen auf die B233 mit Unterbrechungen durch die Felder zur rechten Seite.
Weiter geht es durch Hennen und Rheinen weiter die Felder Richtung Villigst und über die Ruhrtaleisenbahnbrücke wieder nach Wandhofen.
