Rundtour über Rennsteig mit Start in Manbach. Gleich zum Anfang gibt es zum Aufwärmen einen kleine 20%-Antieg zum Schöffenhaus. Über den Mönchshof, vorbei am Sachsenstein geht es zur Schmücke. Von der geht es immer auf dem Rennsteig (Wanderweg) nach Allzunah und zum Dreiherrenstein. Durch Oehrenstock und einem kleinen Abstecher durch Ilmenau kommt man zurück nach Manebach.
