Start ist beim Hallenbad in Olpe. Zunächst gehts gemütlich an der Bigge entlang, bevor der erste Anstieg Richtung Bühren ansteht. Weiter, auf der Höhe bleibend, Richtung Listertapsperre, und zu dieser auf legendären Wegabschnitt hinab.
Auf der anderen Seite wieder hinauf und der Höhe folgend, bevor es hinunter zum Kraghammer geht. ! Dieser Pfad ist bei Nässe sehr glatt!
Nun den Randweg der Bigge entlang zurück nach Olpe folgen.
