mit dem auto über umhausen bis nach niederthai, gropßer parkplatz. von hier weiter richtung bis zur larstighütte und ca 5min. später rechts richtung larstigtal abzweigen. ein wunderschönes tal mit lärchenbäumen tut sich auf. weiter dann durch hochalmwiesen und dann über blockwerk auf ein sattele mit kreuz (kreuzjöchle). auf der anderen seite wieder recht steil hinunter ins grastal und zurück zum ausgangspunkt.
4-5 stunden sollte man schon zeit haben
