Am Hang folgend zur Verbindungsstraße nach Kleinviehberg
Dann gleich wieder rechts zum Grützenbrunnen.
Über den Pfad ansteigend zum Ausichtsfelsen über Hohenstein.
Zurück Richtung Kleinviehberg und Großviehberg (Einkehrmöglichkeit "Zum Schnibo").
An der Schutzhütte mit sehr schöner Aussicht wieder an der Hangkante zurück und später Abstieg nach Hersbruck.
