Die Tour führt von Mellrichstadt über Fahradwege und ab Nordheim über wenig befahrene Strassen nach Fladungen. Von dort geht es hinauf zum Schwarzen Moor und über die Hochrhönstrasse nach Bischofsheim. Dort wartet der nächste Anstieg in Richtung Sandberg. Über Schmalwasser geht es nach Bad Neustadt. Ab hier führt die Strecke auf Fahhradwegen bis Wechterswinkel und weiter auf Strassen über Frickenhausen / Oberstreu zurück nach Mellrichstadt.
