Sehr schöner Rundkurs - bei der Hinfahrt entlang der Ager. Keine außergewöhnlichen Anstiege. Die Abfahrt vom Gmundnerberg kann als Trail oder auf der Straße erfolgen - je nach Vorlieben. Die Rückfahrt erfolgt, so wie die Hinfahrt auf gut befestigten Wegen - entlang der Traun. Insgesamt geringer Straßenanteil.
