Ausgangspuntk ist der Sella Nevea, ca. 20 min. süd-westlich von Tarvis auf ca. 1.200m Seehöhe. Von dort die Piste entlang (obwohl offiziell Skitouren Gehen auf Pisten verboten in Italien) zur Bergstation der Seilbahn. Alternativ kann man natürlich auch mit der Seilbahn fahren. Bei Rifugio Gilberto geht man süd-westlich zum Billa Pec, abfellen, kurze Abfahrt durch eine kleine Rinne, dann entlang des Kanin Gletschers hinauf zum Sella Ursic auf ca. 2.280 m Seehöhe. Von dort Abfahrt zum Rifugio Gilberto / Bergstation.

Von Villach auf der A2 bis Tarvis, erste Abfahrt links, Richtung Slovenien / Predil, weiter immer Richtung Sella Nevea. Parken am Parkplatz der Seilbahn.
