Start ist in Garmisch-Parternkirchen, dann über Mittenwald, Leutasch, Telfs-Oetz, Sölden übers Timmelsjoch bis St. Leonhard. Kurz vor Meran die erste Übernachtung. Da sind die Zimmer billiger.
2. Tag: Meran, Lana, Fondo, Cles, Diamaro, Paso Tonale (hier steht ein riesiges Krieger Denkmal), ab jetzt bergab bis ponte di Legno
3. Tag: Ponte di Legno, Gaviapass, Bormio, Stilfserjoch, prad. Wenn es noch geht bis St. Maria in der Schweiz.
4.Tag: St. Maria, Ofenpass, Zernec, Scuol, Pfunds, Prutz. Evtl. über Kaunerberg ins Pitztal über Arxel nach Imst.
5.Tag: Imst, Hantenjoch,Stanzlach, hier könnte man über Namlos, Klemen, Bindelbach, Bad Kerkelmoos zurück zum Start. Alternativ über die Grenze nach Linderhof, Oberau, Farchand.
