Start am Campingplatz "Douce Quietude" in Valescure oberhalb St. Raphael. Richtung Norden, an allen Kreisverkehren geradeaus in die Avenue J.F. Kennedy bis zum Ende, durch Schranke weiter auf Forstweg bis zum höchsten Punkt, hier scharf rechts auf Karrenweg, der später zum Singletrail wird. Der Trail ist wunderbar zu fahren. Man erreicht den Auffahrtsweg, hier kurz weiter, an Brücke links bleiben und über "Esterel Caravaning" wieder zurück
