Die Tour beginnt und endet in Muggendorf . Sie führt auf mitunter etwas kniffligen Singletrails bzw. auf Forstwegen durch das Wiesent- und Aufseßtal. Es gibt einige sehr schöne Aussichtspunkte, die jedoch auch mit Tragepassagen verbunden sind (z.B. Riesenburg, Oswaldhöhle...). Jedoch entschädigt die im Anschluss gebotene Aussicht diesen Aufwand dann wieder :).
