Von Darmstadt kommend erreicht man Unter-Ostern über die Autobahn Richtung Aschaffenburg (Abfahrt Roßdorf) bzw. die B 38. Vom Süden aus kommt man über Heppenheim oder Weinheim via Fürth nach Unter-Ostern.
