Start am Nordrand von Mittelheim. Zunächst durch die Weinberge und dann nach Kiedrich knackig hoch auf die Bubenhäuser Höhe. Von Rauenthal bis Kloster Eberbach viele feine Singletrails und am Anfang ein langgezogener Anstieg, der es in sich hat.
Durch die Weinberg zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
