Single Trails im Val Lumnezia: Von Degen einen schönen Trail hinab nach Peiden-Bad, ein Stück Strasse nach Surcasti. Ab dort beginnt der Waldweg mit schönen (und steilen) Serpentinen hoch. In Silgin wählen wir einen schönen Weg durch eine Schlucht, der jedoch schon mal etwas von Geröll verschüttet ist. Hinter Surin hinab nach Vrin, ein Stück die Talstrasse und dann auf den neuen Senda Lumneziana: Ein toller Trail, technisch in feuchten Zustand etwas fordernd! Über die neue Holzbrücke vor Lumbrein auf dem Höhenweg zum Badesee nach Davos Munts, weiter nach Vella und einen schönen Trail nach Degen hinab.
