Von Degen nach Vella hoch und dann in rasanter Fahrt hinab nach Ilanz (von dort kann man natürlich auch gut die Runde beginnen). Den Polenweg bis zur Holzbrücke nach Rueun, ab dort 1,5km sehr steil die Strasse und dann einen schönen Wirtschaftsweg nach Andiast hoch, weiter über eine Hochebene nach Breil / Brigels. Ab dort beginnt ein herrliches Teilstück mit tollen Aussichen bis oberhalb Schlans. Flott hinab (Single Trails nicht verpassen!) nach Trun. Ab dort ein Stück die Talstrasse hinab und dann 800hm hoch über Strasse / Wirtschaftwege nach Obersaxen und Cuolm Sura. Mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Foppa (Ilanz bis zur Rheinschlucht) über Bündnerrigi zur Kapelle Sogn Carli (Aussicht!). Zum Schuss rasant hinab über Morissen Vella nach Degen.
