Die Tour startet in Töll an der Etsch, in der Nähe von Meran.
Gegen den Uhrzeigersinn geht es Etsch aufwärts nach Naturns, dann hoch zur Naturnser Alm, auf 1910 m.
Ab Naturnser Alm auf dem Weg 9A zum Vigiljoch, dann abwärts zur oberen Seilbahnstation Vigiljoch, auf 1450m.
Von dort auf dem Eggersteig zurück nach Töll.
Ich empfehle die Fahrtrichtung gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, da man so ab Vigiljoch über den Eggersteig eine sehr schöne Abfaht nach Töll hat.
Einkehrmöglichkeit bietet (von mir wahrgenommen) die Naturser Alm.
