Der Startpunkt unserer Tour war Winden. Wir wählten diesen Ort deshalb, da dadurch die Strecke bis zur Fähre in Mörbisch genau die Hälfte der gesamten Strecke ausmacht.
Die Fähre von Mörbisch nach Illmitz geht in den Sommermonaten alle halbe Stunde.
