Für Rekom- und Grundlagentraining im Flachen hervorragend geeignet Strecke. Die Strecke führt größtenteils durch den Forstenrieder-Park, bzw. auf der sogenannten Olympia-Strasse von München Richtung Starnberg. Der Abschnitt von der Olympia-Strasse nach Leutstetten und Wangen ist reizvoll, wellig und kurvig. Vorsicht, hier kommen auch Autos daher und die Strasse ist schmal.
Im Forstenrieder-Park laufen Wildschweine umher, hier muss man in Dämmerung und bei Nachtfahrten aufpassen auf einen möglichen Wildwechsel.
