Die Tour startet in Nottuln Appelhülsen, geht vorbei am Buldener See nach Lüdinghausen. Unbedingt die Burg Vischering besuchen, auch die Burg Lüdinghausen ist sehenswert. Zurück geht es über Senden nach Appelhülsen.
