Die sehr schöne und mittelschwere Wanderung über die 3 Kaltenbachseen bis hinauf zum Schafspitz 2.316m und Deneck 2.433m beginnt bei der Kaltenbachalm. Die Tour liegt in der Nähe des Sölkpaß im Naturpark Sölktäler. Viele ältere Leute und Familien mit kleinen Kindern gehen nur den leichten, aber auch schon sehr interessanten Teil bis zum Unteren Kaltenbachsee. Entlang der Sölkpaßstraße gibt es einige schöne Almen um nach der Tour zu relaxen.
