Eine nette Tour beginnend in St. Leonhard über Unterarzing den Falkenhof zu den Sportanlagen in Weitersfelden. Von dort der Aist entlang nach Schattau, Aschmühle, Oberndorf, Haid zurück nach St. Leonhard.
Die Tour verläuft auf Wald und Wiesenwegen so wie Nebenstraßen mit wenig Verkehr. So mach kackiger Anstieg ist schon auch drinnen, aber keine längeren anstrengenden Anstiege. Die Aist ist ständiger Begleiter der Runde und daher entstehen dann auch die Höhenmeter.
Eine nette aber fahrtechnisch nicht besonders anspruchsvolle Runde die auch konditionell keine Herausforderungen stellt.
