Von Düsseldorf-Unterbach nach Ratingen kreuz und quer über alle Hügelstrecken (Wirtschaftswege) nach Homberg, entlang der Anger nach Wülfrath und über Metzkausen Erkrath zurück. Landschftlich super, überwiegend auf Wirtschaftswegen und kleinen Nebenstraßen.
