Die ca. 70 km lange Tour führt zu einem großen Teil über Wirtschaftswege. Ausgangspunkt ist die Aplerbecker Mark. Südlich der B1 führt der Track durch Holzwickede, Kessebüren und durch das Bimbergtal. Nördlich der B1 geht es durch Stockum. In Hilbeck ist der östlichste Punkt der Radtour erreicht. Über die alte Bahntrasse, die von Königsborn in Richtung Welver führte, geht es mit einer kleinen Unterbrechung fast bis nach Unna-Königsborn. Der Radweg am Körner Bach und der Emscherweg führen zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
