Die Tour beginnt an der Altriper Fähre und führt linksrheinisch den Rheindamm entlang nach Speyer. Von dort aus über die Rheinbrücke Richtung Ketsch - Brühl - Rohrhof durch den Rheinauer Hafen wieder zur Altriper Fähre. Die Strecke besteht hauptsächlich aus Wirtschaftswegen, bis auf etwa 2 km nach der Rheinbrücke Speyer und dem Stück im Rheinauer Hafen.
