leichte laufrunde durch schnee und eis vor einer wanderung. start ist der wohnmobilstellplatz in bachen von hier gehs durch ahrweiler zum rotweinwanderweg bis dernau un dann den fahrradweg zurück bis bachen.
das laufen mache ich um mich fit zuhalten für die mtb saison 2011.
die strecke ist viel schneller zu schaffe , aber ich bin gemütlich gelaufen
