Anstrengende LL-Tour vom Eck zur Schareben und zurück. Einkehrmöglichkeit besteht sowohl am Eck, als auch an der Schareben. Insbesondere die ersten 3 km vom Eck zum Mühlriegel sind auf recht steil. Die Tour kann klassisch und in Skating Technik befahren werden.

Von Arrach aus zum Wintersportzentrum am Eck. Vor der Kuppe ist auf beiden Seiten der Straße je ein Parkplatz für die Langläufer.
