MTB Tour in die südlichen Hassberge ins Maintal. Am Ausgang von Zeil, Richtung Hohe Wann und Prappacher Höhe, nach Prappach, nördlich Hassfurt „über die Dörfer“ ins Wässernachtstal, bei Unterhohenried den „Hassbergausblick“ geniesen, vorbei an Rednershof Richtung Süden ins Maintal, über Abersfeld, Waldsachsen, Baiershof nach Gädheim. Auf dem Maintalradweg ca. 2 km Richtung Hassfurt. Auf der Höhe von Untereuerheim über den Main-Brückensteg und an der anderen Mainseite, in den Uferauen, Richtung Hassfurt und nach Zeil zurück. Vorwiegend geschotterte Waldwege, Flurbereinigungswege und wenig befahrene Landstraßen. Teilweise regionale und überregionale Radwege mit Beschilderung
