MTB Trainings-Tour in die südöstlichen Hassberge zum Rennweg und zurück nach Zeil. Am Ortsende von Zeil, Richtung Krum (Königsberg) rechts ab zum Setzbach-Trimmpfad, hoch am Dreiländerstein vorbei, Richtung Bischofsheim, oberhalb des Ortes in den Wald ins Ebelsbachtal. Weiter durch Neubrunn, hoch zum Rennweg, in südöstliche Richtung bis Rudendorf. Dann über Ebelsbach an der Bahntrasse zurück nach Zeil.
Vorwiegend geschotterte Waldwege, Flurbereinigungswege und wenig befahrene Landstraße. Teilweise regionale und überregionale Radwege mit Beschilderung. Die Tour eignet sich gut für Schlechtwetter, Regen!
