Die Laufrunde beginnt in der Dortmunder City am Stadewäldchen.
Bei einem Rundkurs liegt es in seiner Natur das man überall einsteigen kann. Um möglichst wenig in "der Stadt" laufen zu müssen, bietet sich die Distanz für alle Läufer an die in der Dortmunder Innenstadt starten möchten.
