runde übern schreppenberg durch den wald und dann gehts schön bergab!
für geocacherfreunde: einige caches auf dem weg z.b eine station der sauerland waldroute, willkommen in arnsberg, die zone-anfang und ende-, ruhrtalradweg ringelnatter, emils buche
der rückweg geht dann ein stück durch die wanne und auf dem "alten" ruhrtalradweg zurück zum ausgangspunkt
