Von der Bergstation Kristbergbahn westwärts über Ganzaleita (Aussichtspunkt) und Falla zu Obere Wiese. Einfach den Schildern Richtung Itonskopf folgen. Kurz vor dem Itonskopf rechts auf den Alpilakopf aufsteigen. In das Gipfelbuch eintragen nicht vergessen! Retour über den gleichen Weg.

Von Silbertal mit der Kristbahn zur Begstation. Mit dem Auto ist eine Anfahrt zur Bergstation nur mit Berechtigungskarte möglich, da man eine Genossenschaftsstraße befahren müsste.
